Thermal Decomposition

Central to EcoEmber’s effectiveness is its advanced Thermal Decomposition Technology, particularly within its Thermal Decomposition Chamber. This chamber is equipped with a state-of-the-art Plasma Torch capable of reaching temperatures up to 1000°C. The use of a Plasma Torch allows for the efficient breakdown of almost all types of waste—excluding porcelain, glass, and metals—by generating intense heat. At these elevated temperatures, complex organic molecules are completely disintegrated, ensuring thorough waste treatment. One of the most critical benefits of this technology is the eradication of harmful Furans and Dioxins, which are effectively neutralized at temperatures above 500°C.
